Some of your key responsibilities, will include but not limited to include:

Understanding of RTO legislative requirements, AQTF and regulatory compliance

Liaise with regulatory agencies such as ASQA and Commonwealth State Departments.


Oversee trainer quality and currency and ensure professional standards are being met

Ensure appropriate record keeping and claim submissions are being met in a timely manner.

Monitor industry and RTO updates changes to ensure RTO best practice and continuous improvement processes.


Plan conduct and participate in internal audits and provide reports as required.



  • Demonstrated experience working in the Training Industry or a RTO.
  • Qualifications in Training, Quality, Risk, Compliance or relevant field or possess   relevant experience.
  • Strong Leadership skills with the ability to supervise, and mentor others.
  • Well-developed Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident in communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to develop learning environment that caters for learner diversity
  • Proficient use of Computers and use of technology.
  • Current NSW Driver’s license
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check or ability to complete.
